Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a highly skilled individual to manage BAU activities, including annual pay reviews, out-of-cycle pay increases, annual incentives, and average holiday pay. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing Apprentice and Graduate pay reviews and implementing the Real Living Wage in January each year.
  • This role involves planning, developing, delivering, and embedding reward-related projects based on the delivery of our Reward Framework. We require someone who can design and lead the implementation of reward change projects, including pay progression schemes, review of working patterns and shift allowances, and review of how secondments are managed and rewarded.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, high numeracy, and the ability to find and interrogate data using Excel knowledge. They will also possess attention to detail and strong planning and organizational skills to deliver processes on time, accurately, and which enhance the employee experience.

We offer a competitive salary of £52,500 per annum, depending on experience, along with 26 days' holiday per year increasing to 30 with length of service (plus bank holidays). Our contributory pension scheme offers a maximum of 12% employer contribution, while our wider benefits scheme includes a range of offers and information to support your wellbeing.
