About the Role

The Apple Compensation team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compensation Professional to assist with country-specific Gender Pay Reporting across the globe. This role will support the compensation function by gathering data, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and being a trusted partner with consultants to complete calculations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support global Gender Pay Gap statutory reporting and ongoing legislation mandates
  2. Audit, maintain, enhance, and refresh homegrown Excel-based tools
  3. Partner on Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) data analysis
  4. Provide assistance in the annual compensation planning process
  5. Maintain working relationships with cross-functional project teams
  6. Develop a network of Compensation professionals for ongoing knowledge of pay practices and shifting trends

Requirements

  • Experience in a Compensation or Payroll Analyst/Administrator role
  • Exceptional knowledge of Excel
  • Demonstrated previous experience with project management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong fundamental business understanding with the ability to develop solutions that promote a fair and progressive compensation methodology while ensuring the broader needs of the business align
  • Highly collaborative style and strong team orientation
  • Energetic, self-starter with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a complex, matrix, and fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with People team, and proven support in accurate, effective, and creative problem-solving
