Executive Compensation Specialist - VP, Financial Services/ Asset Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our Financial Services/ Asset Management division, you will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders to design and implement compensation strategies that drive business results.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package. You will work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days a week in the office and the remaining days working remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with experience in executive compensation processes and HR systems such as Workday, MarketPay, and Payfactors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement compensation strategies that align with business objectives
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement executive compensation plans
  • Provide expert advice on compensation best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives and HR teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on executive compensation
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful compensation strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leaders
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience working with large data sets
