Executive Compensation Specialist

Join a leading financial services company as an Executive Compensation Specialist, working closely with the C-Suite to develop and implement compensation strategies across various geographies.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in the office, with a competitive salary range of £95-120k, plus a generous bonus and industry-leading benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with international teams to support heads of functions and C-Suite on compensation matters.
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies, including executive compensation, bonuses, and LTIPs.
  • Advise the wider people team on compensation structures and competitive salaries.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, providing guidance and advice to C-Suite executives.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform compensation decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience in financial services, with a focus on executive compensation.
  • Advanced skills in HR systems, such as Workday, MarketPay, and Payfactors.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, with experience working with large data sets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
  • Experience working at a senior compensation level, preferably at VP/Director level.
