Legal Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Team Support Coordinator to join our team at Marks & Spencer Plc.
About the Role:The Legal Team Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Legal Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the team's activities and tasks. This includes managing the team's workload, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Legal Team, including managing the team's workload, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Assist the Legal Team in the preparation and distribution of legal documents and correspondence.
- Coordinate the team's travel arrangements and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Manage the team's email and phone communications, ensuring that all messages are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including store managers and colleagues.
- Provide support to the Legal Team in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the Legal Team and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in providing administrative support to a legal team or similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
