Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Legal Project Manager to join our team, supporting key regulatory workstreams and coordinating communication across EU regulatory teams and the wider legal team.

This role involves grasping relevant regulatory issues and concepts, developing and executing effective projects, and maintaining standardized processes and scalable solutions. You will also be responsible for developing and operating tools to manage and track projects, identifying blockers, and coordinating solutions cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support key regulatory workstreams across investigations, regulatory commitments, and implementations, and other legal and regulatory projects
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration across the EU regulatory teams, the wider legal team, and cross-functionally to develop and execute effective projects
  • Grasp relevant regulatory issues and concepts to establish an appropriate approach for each project
  • Develop and maintain standardized processes, scalable solutions, and information libraries, leveraging and optimizing technology and resources
  • Develop and operate tools to manage and track projects, identify blockers, and coordinate solutions cross-functionally
  • Organize and conduct meetings, create and present dashboards and reports, including to leadership
  • Maintain and track detailed project/programme activity to monitor progress against goals, with project reporting to leadership throughout the project/programme lifecycle
  • Monitor and report on project performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and budget adherence
  • Manage and operate tools to manage and track projects, identify blockers, and coordinate solutions cross-functionally
  • Focusing on the Online Safety Act and mobilizing and leading on the OSA implementation
