About the Role

Konexo Legal Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting key regulatory workstreams across investigations, regulatory commitments, and implementations, and other legal and regulatory projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate communication and collaboration across the EU regulatory teams, the wider legal team, and cross-functionally to develop and execute effective projects.
  • Grasp relevant regulatory issues and concepts to establish an appropriate approach for each project.
  • Develop and maintain standardised processes, scalable solutions, and information libraries, leveraging and optimising technology and resources.
  • Develop and operate tools to manage and track projects, identify blockers, and coordinate solutions cross-functionally.
  • Organise and conduct meetings, create and present dashboards and reports including to leadership.
  • Maintain and track detailed project/programme activity to monitor progress against goals, with project reporting to leadership throughout project/programme lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and budget adherence.
