Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and administrative skilled individual to join our award-winning pro bono team at Career Legal. As a Team Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the team's important work in advancing access to justice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the team's diaries, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling.
- Business Development Support: Assist with business development initiatives, including research and data analysis.
- Meeting Organisation: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Team Events and Training: Organize team events and training sessions, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
- Gatekeeper and Main Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for the team, handling inquiries and requests.
- Conflict Checks: Run conflict checks and process expenses and invoice payments.
- Research and Administration: Assist with research and general administration tasks, including data entry and document management.
- Team Meetings: Organize and attend team meetings, creating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
