We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to join our award-winning pro bono team at Career Legal. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to advance access to justice and make a positive impact on society.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Ensure seamless scheduling and coordination of team meetings and events.
  • Business Development Support: Assist with research, data analysis, and other tasks to drive business growth.
  • Meeting Organisation: Coordinate logistics, create agendas, and take minutes to ensure efficient meetings.
  • Team Events and Training: Organize and execute team-building activities, training sessions, and social events.
  • Gatekeeping and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the team, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conflict Checks and Expense Management: Run conflict checks, process expenses, and invoice payments with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Research and Administration: Conduct research, prepare reports, and perform general administrative tasks to support the team's work.
  • Meeting Follow-up and Organisation: Ensure timely follow-up on action items, create agendas, and distribute meeting materials.
  • General Administration: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
