Aquatic Development Officer

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee aquatic programmes at Royton Leisure Centre for Oldham Active.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating aquatic programmes that promote water safety, fitness, and enjoyment for all ages and skill levels.

About the Role:
  • Oversight of Aquatics at Royton Leisure Centre
  • Support for Learn to Swim programme, School Swimming lessons, Baby and Pre-school, Intensives, and Adult Swimming Lessons
Responsibilities:
  1. Building relationships with young children and school staff
  2. Creative planning and execution of aquatic programmes
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality aquatic programmes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
