Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Youth Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one or group support to students with varying needs.

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the individual needs of each student.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and report any concerns to the relevant authorities.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children or young people with SEN or SEMH needs is required.
  2. A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles is essential.
  3. A competitive salary of £26,500 - £32,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in our organization.
