Youth Services Manager Needed

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Youth Services Manager to join our team at Kizuna Recruitment. As the Registered Manager of a 3-bed residential children's home in Oldham, Greater Manchester, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the home and delivering outstanding care to young people with EBD needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and extensive experience in children's residential care settings. You should be resilient, compassionate, and skilled at motivating and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the day-to-day operations of the home and ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations.
  • To develop individualised care plans and risk assessments to meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • To collaborate with multi-agency professionals to ensure comprehensive, holistic care.
  • To manage occupancy rates and financial performance to sustain the home's operation and growth.
  • To foster a supportive environment for both staff and young people.

About the Role:

This is an ideal opportunity for an accomplished Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step up into a leadership role. You will work within a supportive, hands-on leadership environment that prioritises quality, compassion, and effective care practices.
