Job Summary
">We are seeking a dedicated CAMHS Practitioner to join our team in Oldham. As a key member of the CAMHS team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to young people and their families.

">This role involves working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to assess and formulate treatment plans for young people. You will need to possess excellent assessment and communication skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

- Collaborate with the CAMHS team to ensure timely access to high-quality care

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A postgraduate diploma in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work, occupational therapy)
- Significant experience in community mental health services
- Excellent assessment and communication skills
- A willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team
