Requirements



  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
  • Prior experience in acute or PICU settings, with a willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to delivering person-centered care, prioritizing patient dignity and well-being.
  • Capacity to work flexibly, responding to changing patient needs and service demands.
