We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Youth Worker to join our team in OL1 Area, Oldham. This exciting opportunity offers an annual salary of £23,750 - £26,000 per year for 37 hours of work per week.
In this key role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering activities and programs that cater to the diverse needs of students with learning difficulties. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing activities and programs that promote social inclusion and personal growth.
- Building strong relationships with young people through mentorship and support.
- Collaborating with professionals and community organizations to achieve shared goals.
- Contribution to outreach strategies to engage hard-to-reach youth.
- Participation in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
