Job Title: Child Development Professional

Job Summary: Aspire People is searching for a highly skilled Child Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have Qualified Primary Teacher status (UK QTS), experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, and a deep understanding of child development principles. Your ability to design and implement engaging lesson plans, conduct individualised activities, and adhere to established behaviour management policies will be crucial in supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing and delivering high-quality lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Conducting regular progress checks to inform instruction and adapt to changing student needs.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum based on location and experience.
