About The Role

We're seeking a talented External Communications Manager to join our team at Simplyhealth. As a key member of our Communications team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel external communications strategy that supports our business goals and objectives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong understanding of media relations, public relations, and crisis communications. You'll also need to be an excellent writer and storyteller, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel external communications strategy that supports our business goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and thought leaders
  • Manage and execute press campaigns, including media outreach, press releases, and media relations
  • Develop and maintain a strong social media presence, including content creation and engagement
  • Provide strategic communications counsel to senior leaders and other stakeholders
