Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Incentive Compensation Specialist to lead the implementation of sales compensation plans in Xactly. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the sales compensation plan administration for multiple lines of business, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage sales compensation plans in Xactly, ensuring accurate and timely data processing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with field teams and other departments, providing exceptional support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to incentive plan design, measures, and policies.
  • Design and develop reports to analyze sales commission activity and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive process improvements and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative major (finance, business, mathematics, statistics) preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of sales compensation experience required.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including use of PowerPoint, Excel, advanced formulas, and scenario analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Xactly with the ability to optimize its use internally and externally to the sales incentive team.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $105,000-$125,000, depending on experience.
