About Us

Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS Foundation Trusts in the UK, specialising in mental health and learning disabilities, as well as offering physical health community-based services. We are committed to providing the best possible healthcare, reaching diverse communities, and placing patients and staff at the forefront of our endeavours.

We are working closely with other NHS Trusts to integrate our collective community, mental health, and learning disability services. Our new organisation will launch in July 2024, offering staff more opportunities for career development, training, and partnership working.

Job Responsibilities

As a Community Health Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients. This will involve working across various community-facing services, developing your clinical skills, and building your leadership and management capabilities.

We offer a competitive financial incentive to join and complete our rotation programme, with opportunities for further development and career progression.
