About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Mental Health team in the Mid and North Hampshire Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy interventions to clients using evidence-based, client-centered principles.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy interventions for referred clients, including group work and 1:1 intervention.
- Complete OT functional assessments and support completion of funding applications.
- Hold a small Care Co-ordinator caseload alongside a focused Occupational Therapy caseload.
- Promote and develop the role of Occupational Therapy within the clinical area, supporting best practice within the MDT.
- Regularly supervise OT students and provide education and upskilling to community support workers.

Essential
- Degree/Diploma in occupational therapy
- Registration with HCPC
- Post graduate level study/training
- Training in the use of standardised occupational therapy assessment tools- MOHO, VdT MoCA, COPM
