Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team in Hampshire County Council's Short Term Bedded Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide first-class occupational therapy support to older adults, enabling them to regain independence and return home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and deliver appropriate interventions to support older adults in regaining independence.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely discharges and admission avoidance.
- Provide strength-based and person-centred assessment to identify community options for Hampshire residents.
Requirements:
- Current HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in working with older adults and providing occupational therapy support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
