**Head of Maintenance - RedCat Head Office**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at RedCat Head Office. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of estate maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our venues, facilities, and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and manage a departmental structure to meet the dynamics of the business and harmonize the maintenance service requirements across all sites.
  • Coordinate with Health & Safety and other departments to schedule preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Manage the maintenance budget, allocating resources efficiently and optimizing costs while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in maintenance management, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage a third-party 24x7x365 maintenance Helpdesk, a team of preferred contractors, and an online, real-time reporting platform, providing access and visibility to all assigned users.
  • Ensure minimal lost trading hours and assist in restoring a venue to trading status as soon as possible.
  • Participate in the Senior Management team, ensuring that knowledge gained in the context of all things maintenance is communicated widely and effectively to assist in decision-making.
  • Commercial experience and management responsibility for buildings and facilities management with experience in either hospitality or retail.
  • Educated to degree standard or equivalent in Building Services Engineering/Building Surveying.
  • A good understanding of Statutory Compliance requirements.
  • Track record of managing third-party suppliers and subcontractors to deliver optimum performance.

**Requirements:**

  • Commercial experience and management responsibility for buildings and facilities management with experience in either hospitality or retail.
  • Educated to degree standard or equivalent in Building Services Engineering/Building Surveying.
  • A good understanding of Statutory Compliance requirements.
