About the Role

We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Merchandiser to join our team at Healthxchange, a leading supplier of medical aesthetic products and services. As an E-Commerce Merchandiser, you will be responsible for enhancing the online shopping experience and driving sales through strategic product placement, promotion, and user engagement techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimise Customer Shopping Experience: Lead daily site trading activities to ensure seamless customer journeys and optimal sales performance.
  • Manage Homepage and Landing Page Content: Collaborate with brand and creative teams to ensure engaging, SEO-optimised content that aligns with current promotions, seasonality, and stock availability.
  • Product Listings and Promotions: Manage the uploading and optimisation of all product listings and promotions, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product data, imagery, and copy.
  • Static Content Updates: Periodically review and update static content pages such as FAQs, 'About Us', and delivery information.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyse sales data, traffic, and search metrics to inform merchandising decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Web Merchandising Experience: Proven experience in a web merchandising role, preferably in the aesthetics or beauty industry.
  • SEO and Web Analytics Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to work effectively with development teams and stakeholders.
Benefits

Our competitive salary for this role is around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including company pension, hybrid working, annual bonus scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, staff discount, staff social events, and access to Health Assured EAP.
