We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Merchandising Expert to join our Commercial and Marketing team at RedCat Solutions Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital merchandising and be able to drive commercial success through optimized website strategies.

Job Overview

This is a critical role that requires a proactive, problem-solving individual who can analyze site merchandising performance and make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with various teams to enhance our online presence and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing trading actions to support commercial objectives.
  • Analyzing site merchandising performance and making adjustments based on user behavior.
  • Evaluating and enhancing website content to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in a site merchandising role, preferably within e-commerce, travel, or online retail.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
What We Offer

Mandatory Tuesday in the office, with other days as required. Occasional visits to other UK office when required.
