We are looking for a highly skilled E-commerce Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Dept Agency. This role is part of our Personalised Content team, which focuses on hyper-personalised digital communications that drive business growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage category pages to ensure site standards are met or exceeded.
  • Support client briefs from start to finish, including inventory planning, wireframing, campaign builds, and QA.
  • Become an expert in the clients' content management systems and objectives to advise on the best solutions.
  • Construct optimal product ranges for target markets by balancing price architecture, product variety, and other parameters.
  • Source items, uploading, merchandising, and optimising events, campaigns, and category pages.
  • Prioritise campaigns and events consistently across desktop, mobile, and email platforms.
  • Analyse performance data and provide insights to Lead Merchandisers and clients for weekly trading reports.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of Merchandising experience, preferably in E-commerce.
  • An eye for style and retail trends, with interest in current and upcoming trends.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritise tasks under pressure, and make the most of resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability.
  • Experience with various CMS and ability to quickly grasp new processes or learn new tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of SEO and analytical experience.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, plus benefits such as healthcare, 26 days' holiday, mental health support, and company pension scheme.
