SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to work in Loughborough. The successful candidate will work 12 hours per week, covering various shifts throughout the week. This role involves job sharing, so you will need to cover holidays and sickness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service as the main point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and accurate information dissemination.
  • Manage switchboard calls, relay messages, and direct enquiries effectively to relevant personnel.
  • Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization, ensuring it remains presentable and well-stocked with literature.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrange Zoom links for virtual meetings.
  • Distribute incoming mail and ensure outgoing mail is collected and courier services are arranged.
  • Oversee office supplies, including tea, coffee, milk, and kitchen essentials, maintaining a tidy environment.
  • Monitor office facilities, such as photocopiers and shredders, ensuring they remain functional and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Manage organisational email inboxes and respond accordingly.
  • Order general office supplies.
