Office Operations Coordinator

Dazzlers Cleaning Services Limited is committed to delivering exceptional cleaning solutions and laundry services to our customers. We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team and support our growth.
Role SummaryThis is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £23,200 per year, 28 days holiday, company mobile phone, staff discount, and ongoing personal training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration tasks, including managing communications and organizing schedules
- Assist with the day-to-day planning of cleaning schedules
- Support the planning and running of the laundry department
- Maintain accurate contact lists and manage office and equipment supplies
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and stakeholders
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) required
- GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths & English grade C or above
The ideal candidate will have:
- Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Experience using Mac operating systems (an advantage)
- Proficiency in ClickUp project management tool (or ability to learn quickly)
