Role Summary

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £23,200 per year, 28 days holiday, company mobile phone, staff discount, and ongoing personal training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration tasks, including managing communications and organizing schedules
  • Assist with the day-to-day planning of cleaning schedules
  • Support the planning and running of the laundry department
  • Maintain accurate contact lists and manage office and equipment supplies
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and stakeholders
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) required
  • GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths & English grade C or above
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Experience using Mac operating systems (an advantage)
  • Proficiency in ClickUp project management tool (or ability to learn quickly)
