Community Impact Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Impact Coordinator to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our social sustainability team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing sustainable community engagement strategies that align with our social mobility, foundational economy, and social inclusion goals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a degree-level qualification, and experience in national TOMs and the Social Value Portal. You will be responsible for researching and identifying future partnerships and collaborations, as well as ensuring a high level of understanding of social sustainability and creating materials for clients, staff, and stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential partnership opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Create educational materials and resources on social sustainability
- Support the development of new social sustainability programs and initiatives
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, a company car/car allowance/travel allowance, 8% matched pension contributions, private healthcare, life assurance, 26 days holiday, 2 wellbeing days, 1 volunteering day, and personal and professional development opportunities.
