About the Role

The Michael Page (UK) team is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Philanthropy Lead to drive significant income growth through proactive leadership of Major Donor, Trust, and Foundation relationships.

This critical role involves developing and implementing a long-term philanthropy strategy, annual plans, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring a multi-year view of relationship and funding development.

You will be responsible for influencing project development and impact measurement by considering major funder needs, taking responsibility for your professional development, and maintaining awareness of sector developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influencing and shaping project development and impact measurement.
  • Developing and implementing a long-term philanthropy strategy.
  • Liaising with major donors, trusts, and foundations.
