**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of HOPELINE247 Manager within our Papyrus UK Careers team. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional suicide prevention helpline service by effectively leading, guiding, and managing a team of suicide prevention advisers. You will also be involved in managing staffing and resources to ensure the efficient running of the service.

This role requires a strong understanding of suicide prevention principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement quality assurance processes. You will work closely with colleagues to achieve service goals and objectives, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to promote service growth and development. To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of team management and leadership, with experience in suicide prevention or mental health. Your expertise should include risk assessment, guidance, and coaching, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of suicide prevention advisers
- Manage staffing and resources to ensure service efficiency
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service goals and objectives
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to promote service growth and development

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Strong background in suicide prevention or mental health

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
