Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead our HOPELINE247 team in delivering a high-quality suicide prevention helpline. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing effective teams, supporting their development and managing their performance.

Salary: £10 per night shift, in addition to the base salary, which is estimated to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The Night Manager will provide leadership, guidance, and effective line management to a team of suicide prevention advisers. They will ensure a consistent and high-quality service is delivered through effective quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team.

  • Risk assess and provide advice and guidance to the team.

Requirements:

  • A degree level or professional qualification in Health, Nursing, Social Work, Community Work, or related discipline.
  • Previous experience of building and managing effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Awareness of safeguarding issues and how they can affect young people and adults at risk.
