Senior Night Care Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Night Care Manager to lead our night care team and ensure the delivery of high-quality support to service users.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' senior/managerial experience in the care sector, with expertise in supporting individuals with complex needs.
This is a full-time contract with a competitive salary of £43,000 per annum, plus benefits including a Blue Light Card and up to 28 days' holiday.
The Senior Night Care Manager will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and reviewing practices and systems to ensure they meet and exceed service requirements.
