Night Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Nurse Manager to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Night Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mental health services at night, providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the night shift team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance the patient experience.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Mentor and support junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current registration with the NMC as a Mental Health Nurse.
- At least 2 years of experience in a mental health setting, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards, such as the Mental Health Act.
