Role Overview

Avara Foods is a leading food business, supplying chicken and turkey to major supermarkets and restaurants across the UK. As an Engineer for Reliability and Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our factory equipment.

With a strong focus on reliability and maintenance, you will work closely with the engineering team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or a related field and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be self-motivated and able to work independently, with good communication and teamwork skills.

This role offers a starting salary of £32,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus 31 days' holiday allowance, pension scheme, life assurance, and various lifestyle benefits.
