Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at a large, detached home in Bolton Farnworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consistent, high-quality care to children and young people who have experienced trauma, mental health challenges, and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support staff in daily activities, including outdoor sports, gardening, and recreational pursuits
- Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure the smooth running of shifts
- Provide compassionate, patient, and dedicated care to children and young people
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential setting. A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People or equivalent is essential. The successful candidate will also be required to participate in on-call rosters and be a flexible team player.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 per annum, plus benefits package. Comprehensive training and opportunities for professional development are also available.
