Children's Residential Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Professional to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a key member of our residential services, you will play a vital role in creating a stable and welcoming environment for our young people.
About the Role:
As a Residential Childcare Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individual care plans, providing guidance, support, and structure to their everyday lives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to our children, including household duties and record keeping.
- Provide guidance, support, and structure to our children's everyday lives, promoting a healthy lifestyle and positive living choices.
- Support our children to engage and access education, accessing clinically led training to improve your skills and develop practice.
- Participate in days out, social events, and other activities designed to promote our children's development and well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our children, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
Requirements:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support. You will need:
- A full UK driving licence.
- Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential childcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
