We are seeking a skilled Senior Children's Health Care Worker to join our team in Greater Manchester. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering care to children aged 0 to 19 years, within their own homes and in the community. They will promote positive life experiences and choices, and build strong relationships with other carers and staff within Lagan's Foundation and the families we serve.

This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional care, a commitment to ongoing learning and development, and excellent communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of the Care Quality Commission and its regulations.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,350 per annum, based on hours worked, plus benefits including 28 days holiday, 8% pension scheme, and access to a health cash plan.
