Join Our Team:

We are seeking a volunteer to join our team at SNUFS. As a volunteer, you will be working with children with special needs in an early years setting. Your role will involve engaging in educational activities, providing one-to-one support, and implementing the nursery curriculum.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the overall success of the charity by attending meetings and events.

Requirements:

- Proficient in spoken English.
- Previous experience working with young children is an advantage.
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field are beneficial.
- Ability to complete a DBS check and online safeguarding course.
- Availability of 3 hours plus travel time each week (morning or afternoon).
- Commitment to volunteering in a pre-school setting every week.

Salary: £13 per hour (estimated)
