As an Education Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans, promote social inclusion, and support children in their daily activities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
We offer a competitive salary range of £16,027 to £17,355 per annum, plus a £948 SNA Allowance, and opportunities for professional development and career growth.
