Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Collector, responsible for managing the collection and distribution of rewards to our valued customers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To manage the collection process, ensuring timely delivery of rewards to our customers.
  • To develop and maintain relationships with customers, promoting our products and services.
  • To analyze data and identify trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in customer service or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Compensation Package:

  • An estimated salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience.
