Job Summary:
This role involves administration support to employee benefits consultants in client account management. The ideal candidate will have experience in administering pension schemes, including GPPs/auto enrolment or DB schemes. Group private medical insurance, group risk, and flexible benefit schemes are advantageous. A competitive basic salary depending on experience and an excellent benefits package are offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration support to employee benefits consultants in client account management.
- Coordinating and undertaking administration tasks including updating member data, renewals, claims data, and communication materials.
- Experience in administering pension schemes, including GPPs/auto enrolment or DB schemes.
- Advantageous experience with group private medical insurance, group risk, and flexible benefit schemes.
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package. Home/Hybrid working from Birmingham city centre offices.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent administration skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Experience with Microsoft Office and other administrative tools is essential. Interviews to be held at the company's offices.
