As an Employee Benefits Administrator, you will provide critical support to employee benefits consultants in managing client accounts for group pensions, group risk, group healthcare, flexible benefits, and more.

Your key responsibilities will include coordinating and executing all administrative tasks related to these schemes, including updating member data, renewals, claims data, communication materials, and addressing associated queries.

We require a candidate with a strong background in administering pension schemes, such as GPPs/auto enrolment or DB schemes. Experience with group private medical insurance, group risk, and flexible benefit schemes is advantageous but not essential.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive basic salary of £41,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with an attractive benefits package.
