Your excellent leadership and collaboration skills will enable you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading the development and implementation of strategies to enhance neonatal care services
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to design and implement education initiatives, quality improvement projects, and research studies
• Evaluating the effectiveness of these initiatives and making recommendations for improvement
• Providing coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their practice
Requirements:
• Registered nurse or midwife on the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council register
