Customer Service Liaison for Technical Solutions

As a Technical Support Specialist at Mindbody, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll provide first-level contact support to our customers, utilizing various methods such as phone calls, emails, and chat. This role requires strong communication skills, technical product knowledge, and a passion for problem-solving.
About the Role
- You will handle customer inquiries by gathering information through questioning and troubleshooting basic technical product-related issues.
- Follow up and resolve customer callbacks and open cases for product support.
- Avoid escalating complex issues to higher-level support tiers whenever possible.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and call notes under their profile.
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to diffuse high-tension situations comfortably.
- Familiarity with internet browsers, phone systems, and basic email functionality.
