Job Title: Resident Service Liaison

We are seeking a Resident Service Liaison to join our team at Deverell Smith. This role is responsible for ensuring an outstanding and effortless living experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk, ensuring it is manned at all times and presented to a high standard.
  • Process inbound phone calls and respond to resident services email inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Engage with the local and resident community to increase exposure and the success of the scheme.
  • Coordinate the delivery of post and parcels, logging them to the system and distributing to residents.
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents regarding maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Manage keys for new tenancies, receipting keys for old tenancies, and tracking existing keys.
  • Coordinate contractor appointments and log issues to ensure required service levels are met.
  • Follow up on lettings enquiries and conduct apartment viewings.
  • Meet and greet new tenants, providing welcome packs and tenancy information.
