Housing Support Professional

Trident Group is seeking a Housing Support Professional to deliver support services to customers with Learning Disabilities and/or on the autism spectrum. As a Housing Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing a person-centred service to a caseload of customers within the community and supported housing.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £25,500 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including 34 days annual leave, plus up to 5 additional days, birthday leave, life assurance (3 x salary), employee assistance programme, employee wellbeing programme, and flexible working options.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide effective communication skills, good administration skills, and computer literacy are essential for this role.
- Deliver support to vulnerable people in accordance with relevant legislation.
- A working knowledge of legislation and experience in social care are desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- All applicants must provide right to work documentation at interview stage, and relevant roles will be subject to a successful DBS disclosure.
