Main Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing front of house and reception duties, including welcoming clients, customers and employees with a high level of professionalism.
  • Managing access control for staff, visitors and contractors, ensuring that all individuals have a secure and efficient entry experience.
  • Conducting regular security patrols and Health & Safety checks to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Monitoring Fire, Security and Intruder Alarms & Building Management Systems to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Performing a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the security team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of working within a professional corporate security environment.
  • An SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence (essential).
  • Excellent computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels, providing exceptional customer service and support.
