Fibrus Networks Ltd seeks a highly motivated and sales-driven professional to represent our brand in Northern Ireland. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our full fibre network to residential customers, leveraging your excellent communication skills and product knowledge to drive sales growth.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the expansion of Fibrus' presence in Northern Ireland. You will be working closely with internal teams to provide feedback on customer concerns and local information, ensuring seamless delivery of our services. With a competitive salary of £26,475 basic, plus uncapped commission potential up to £45,000+, this role offers a lucrative earning opportunity for those who thrive in sales environments.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Meet with residential customers door-to-door to promote our broadband product across NI
* Answer questions about our products' features and benefits (full training provided)
* Drive sales growth while maintaining professionalism and building strong relationships with customers
* Liaise with internal teams to address customer concerns and share local information
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A solid background in sales, preferably door-to-door experience from telecoms or utilities companies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt your approach to achieve high sales conversion rates
* Confidence in handling objections and a tenacious mindset
* Familiarity with new sales systems and tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
