Growth and Development Executive

About the Job: As a Profit Centre Manager, you will be responsible for developing key accounts, managing field sales teams, and overseeing warehouse operations and logistics. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a decentralised business model, where you will have real autonomy in decision-making. You will be responsible for driving growth in a competitive market, managing budgets, and leading the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage and inspire field sales teams to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Oversee warehouse operations and logistics to ensure efficient stock management and timely distribution.
- Lead the finance team and manage budgets to ensure financial performance meets business goals.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and business management, excellent leadership skills, and a degree-qualified, ideally in business or management. A salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus profit share/bonus opportunity, is offered.
