We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Projects Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project resources, including labor, plant, materials, and costs.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure clear and concise communication.
  • Purchase goods, labor, and access per project.
  • Manage scope changes and variations.
  • Foster repeat business through exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure project adherence to risk assessments and health and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Design Team to meet client requirements.
  • Support the Sales Team in work-winning activities and new opportunities.
  • Maintain relevant documentation and systems.
  • Arrange servicing and maintenance orders.
Requirements
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines for colleagues and clients.
  • Commercial mindset to increase income and save costs.
